Get Inspired

Published by catseyeediting at 2:21 pm under Writing Edit This

inspiration.jpgWhere do you get your inspiration? Maybe you get inspired when you walk in the park, talk to your friends or play with your pets. Sometimes trying to find a topic to write about can be challenging, but you just have to know where to look to find ideas.

I often search Google’s News tab to find out what is going on when it comes to environmental issues, but you can search any term you want. Stumble Upon is an awesome tool to have on your web search bar, because every click brings up something random.

Reading local and national newspapers as well as talking to friends, family and coworkers can give you starts of ideas that you can run with. Don’t forget to go back to your old works and idea lists, because you might be able to make these old ideas work if you put a spin on them.

Inspiration can come from the oddest places, so it’s important to keep your eyes open and your ears listening at all times.
